- I just installed the 4.1 upgrade on my PC at home and got the same
- message.
- What I did was to ignore it and push on. I then booted back up in dos
- mode,
- scoured my CD-ROM and \win95\system... directory where it was supposed to
- be
- installed, and found that what I had on my PC was later than what was on
- the
- CD-ROM. If the CD-ROM was later, I would have done a dos copy of the
- dll.

- It is probably in a different subdirectory, right? If not, reinstall
- into a
- different directory; I don't think it can be installed into the same
- directory as the 4.x stuff...

- Yes, I did that once. But I found the 1.5x stuff slow under Win95 and
- only
- used it when booting into normal Windows 3.x mode. I set up my PC for
- dual-boot (actually, quad-boot--DOS/WFW, OS/2, Win95, and Linux) and
- separate things out very nicely based on which O/S I find the best one to
- use.

- As mentioned above, just ignore it, note down the source and target paths
- and file names, and go back later to review and correct. That should
- probably be the only one you get--I installed most everything in 4.0 and
- continued the tradition in 4.1.

- Hope this helps...
